 Radiate Positive Energy: We invite you to channel your enthusiasm into

uplifting every player on the field. Your support is also vital off the pitch—help

our coaches foster a productive environment by allowing them the space and

focus needed to set up and manage training sessions effectively.

 Empower the Coaching Staff: Our coaches are committed to the long-term

development of our youth. We ask that you provide them the professional

autonomy to lead. By trusting their expertise and giving them the "right of

way" during drills, you help ensure every member receives the highest quality

instruction.

By wearing the Eindhoven Cricket Club colors, every player pledges to uphold the

following standards of conduct:

 Champion Inclusivity: We cultivate an environment where every individual

feels welcome. Regardless of background, gender, or skill level, show

unwavering courtesy to everyone in the cricketing community. This standard

of dignity applies equally to your digital presence and social media

interactions.

 Uphold the Spirit of Cricket: True competition relies on integrity. Compete

with intensity, but never at the expense of the rules or the game’s historic

reputation for fair play.

 Exercise Professionalism with Officials: Accept the verdict of umpires and

the direction of coaches with composure. Should a concern arise, address it

through the proper channels via a private, constructive conversation rather

than a public outburst.

 Cultivate Collective Success: Your primary role is to lift those around you.

Maintain a supportive demeanor toward your squad and extend basic sporting

fellowship to our opponents, even in the heat of a match.

 Commit to Technical Growth: Approach every training session with an

active mind. Engage with your coaches, absorb their feedback, and dedicate

yourself to the continuous refinement of your game.

 Maintain Open Lines of Communication: Accountability starts with honesty.

Ensure your coaching staff is updated on your fitness status, personal

development goals, and any potential scheduling conflicts well in advance.

selections, respond to club inquiries without delay, and remain an active,

ECC Spelersreglement: Onze Toewijding aan Excellentie

Door de kleuren van Eindhoven Cricket Club te dragen, belooft elke speler zich te

houden aan de volgende gedragsnormen:

 Toonbeeld van Inclusiviteit: Wij creëren een omgeving waarin iedereen zich

welkom voelt. Ongeacht achtergrond, gender of vaardigheidsniveau; toon

onvoorwaardelijke beleefdheid naar iedereen binnen de cricketgemeenschap.

Deze norm van waardigheid geldt zowel op het veld als in je uitingen op

sociale media.

 Handhaaf de "Spirit of Cricket": Echte competitie rust op integriteit. Speel

met passie en intensiteit, maar nooit ten koste van de regels of de historische

reputatie van eerlijk spel in onze sport.

 Professionaliteit naar Officials: Accepteer het oordeel van scheidsrechters

en de aanwijzingen van coaches met beheersing. Mocht er onenigheid zijn,

bespreek dit dan via de juiste weg in een discreet en constructief gesprek, in

plaats van een publieke reactie.

 Samen Bouwen aan Succes: Je belangrijkste rol is om de mensen om je

heen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Blijf je teamgenoten steunen en toon

sportief respect naar onze tegenstanders, zelfs in het heetst van de strijd.

 Inzet voor Ontwikkeling: Benader elke training met een actieve houding.

Werk nauw samen met je coaches, sta open voor feedback en zet je volledig

in om je spel continu te verbeteren.

 Open en Eerlijke Communicatie: Verantwoordelijkheid begint bij eerlijkheid.

Houd de coachingstaf tijdig op de hoogte van je beschikbaarheid, je sportieve

ontwikkeling en eventuele blessures of fysieke klachten.

 Betrouwbaarheid en Betrokkenheid: Deel uitmaken van een team is een

belofte. Kom afspraken na, reageer direct op berichten van de club en blijf

een actief en betrokken lid van de ECC-familie.

 Zorg voor Clubbezittingen: Behandel ons terrein en materiaal alsof het van

jezelf is. Van de tenues die we dragen tot de accommodatie die we delen:

wees er trots op en laat elke plek schoner achter dan je deze aantrof.

Richtlijnen voor Ouders & Verzorgers: Samen naar Succes

Om ervoor te zorgen dat onze jeugdspelers bij Eindhoven Cricket Club kunnen

opbloeien, vragen wij ouders en voogden om de volgende principes te omarmen:

 Stel de Beleving Centraal: Houd in gedachten dat cricket voor kinderen een

ontdekkingsreis is vol vriendschap. Succes wordt gemeten aan hun

spelplezier en persoonlijke groei, niet alleen aan de cijfers op het scorebord.

 Waardeer Inzet boven Resultaat: Heb aandacht voor de doorzetting en de

harde arbeid die uw kind laat zien. Door toewijding en veerkracht te prijzen,

helpt u hen een gezonde relatie met competitie op te bouwen.

 Vertrouw op de Aanpak: Houd uw verwachtingen realistisch. Wij vragen u

om de strategische keuzes en de professionele expertise van ons

coachingteam te respecteren, terwijl zij werken aan de ontwikkeling van elke

speler.

 Wees een Rolmodel in Sportiviteit: Uw kind kijkt naar u als hun

belangrijkste voorbeeld. Toon het respect dat u van hen verwacht door

scheidsrechters, tegenstanders en medetoeschouwers hoffelijk te

behandelen—zowel langs de lijn als op digitale platforms.

 Stimuleer Zelfstandigheid: Help uw kind groeien door hen aan te moedigen

zelf voor hun uitrusting te zorgen, zich voor te bereiden op wedstrijden en

verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun afspraken met het team.

 Zorg voor Onze Gezamenlijke Omgeving: Help ons de ECC-faciliteiten in

topconditie te houden. Zorg ervoor dat het terrein afvalvrij blijft en dat alle

clubbezittingen met de grootste zorg worden behandeld.
